Job Description  

Homebase is looking for a talented candidate to join the team as a Business Operations Intern. If you are looking for a holistic internship that will expose you to basically every function of the company, the Business Operations Intern role is probably the most suitable position.

• The candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with core members of our high-performing team and across functions, and will have the following responsibilities:

• Be entrusted with core operational responsibilities pertaining to the smooth running of the company;

• Work across various functions to ensure operational excellence;

• Execute strategic projects and initiatives for management that ensure the success of our company;

• Design and improve systems, processes and workflows;

Our requirements

We are looking for candidates who fulfill the following criteria:

• Students who are currently still pursuing their undergraduate / bachelor's degree;

• Academic excellence from top local or foreign university;

• Based in HCMC;

• Able to commit at least 6 months in either full-time or part-time capacity;

• Working proficiency in English (fluency is desired but not a requirement).

• Proactive and passionate: You’re independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations 

• High-energy, team-first attitude: You’re motivated to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment to help our growing business 

• Highly analytical: You’re analytical, with experience decomposing and solving real-world business problems, ideally building/using advanced models. 

• Concise and effective communications: You’re able to articulately present and debate recommendations with cross-functional teams and senior leadership in written and oral English and Vietnamese
