Summary

Senior Implementation Managers at Akido lead a team of implementation managers and analysts to launch the technology-enabled programs that we develop with our public health partners. Your mission is to build the team and frameworks to drive a meaningful impact for each of our programs while the programs scale in number and complexity. This is a customer-facing role where you will work extensively with the most influential stakeholders of our partners, but you also must remain in lock-step with the Akido product team to inform the roadmap. We will rely heavily on your extensive experience launching technology in complex environments as you will own the direction for our programs and orchestrate your team to achieve each program's unique objectives. Our ideal candidate is motivated to impact the health and well-being of vulnerable communities and is equally as excited to contribute to a fast-growing company.

  • Run discovery meetings with our customers to understand the pain points and use human-centered design practices and other frameworks to create impactful programs for our partners.
  • Inform change management strategy for technology implementations across the entire organization, helping to develop a playbook for your team to run implementations more autonomously.
  • Work closely with our program stakeholders to turn proof of concepts or pilots into sustainable programs by upselling and harvesting new business relationships within our customers' organizations.
  • Provide Product Managers with key insights that will inform the product roadmaps and help us move the needle on KPIs faster (e.g. time to housing secured)
  • Deepen relationships with key partners and secure funding to expand programs.
