We are looking for a Growth Manager who will work with the founders to create a growth plan for both enterprise customer growth and student user growth, and execute on that plan. The Growth Manager will work closely between marketing and product management to run experiments and optimize across acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue funnels.
The ideal candidate should have 4+ years in a marketing or product role, and be a “Jack or Jill of all trades” who is comfortable with marketing, product management, design, and data analytics. A successful Growth Manager will have an experimental mindset, be able to take action based on data, and have experience working with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities *Work with different teams to identify growth opportunities throughout the entire company *Come up with different ways to run quickly after these opportunities *Define priorities based on impact, confidence, and ease of execution *Work with colleagues and contractors in engineering, marketing, and product to implement tests quickly *Evaluate results and make adjustments *Structure a process based on the results
