The Senior Analyst will partner with business leaders at Pine Park Health to make the most critical business decisions. They will add value by answering long-standing questions but also figuring out what questions to ask next. This role will start off with developing the infrastructure to help us understand our clinical, growth, operations, and finance data.
This will include creating pipelines from various data sources (including clinical and billing platforms, Salesforce) to our data warehouse, ensuring the quality and integrity of our data, creating the necessary instrumentation, as well as developing explores and visualizations on Looker. This role is a unique opportunity to join as our first data analyst on a fast growing team, and apply your deep technical skills to drive insights and results across the whole organization.
What You'll Do: Own the development and execution of the roadmap and infrastructure for analytics and reporting capabilities that support teams across the organization Act as a critical thought partner and collaborate closely with Clinical, Growth, Product, Operations, and Finance teams Design and build data models that elevate data driven decisioning through speed to insights and data democratization Provide clean, transformed data ready for analysis; ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency by identifying and implementing data analysis best practices Provide business visibility through reporting/dash-boarding in Looker using SQL queries and provide insights on clinical quality measures, growth and finance metrics Create new pipelines and maintain existing pipelines from data sources including clinical, billing platforms, and Salesforce Maintain data documentation & definitions Enable others to self-serve for ongoing data needs through Looker
What We're Looking For: 5+ years experience analyzing data using various tools (SQL, R, Python) to deliver actionable insights Strong ability to partner with with all business units, from Clinical to Commercial and translate business needs into technical requirements Proficiency with Looker and SQL and can manage their own data pipelines when needed and can connect databases to the data warehouse Ability to pair an understanding of high-level business/product problems with advanced analysis, ability to tell story with data and visualizations Experience manipulating and analyzing data sets to draw insights Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work autonomously Bonus Points: Deep familiarity with the healthcare industry, and experience analyzing healthcare-specific data: CPT Codes / procedures, medical claims, patient diagnosis
