Topline Pro believes that home service pros and small businesses are the backbone of the economy and have gone too long without the right technologies. We are enabling service businesses to grow their business online. In a way, we’re building Shopify for service businesses to (1) bring the business online with a website, (2) market the business, and (3) manage everything from one place.

Topline Pro is co-founded by Nick Ornitz (CEO) and Shannon Kay (CPO). The team is YC-backed and seed-funded.

We are building "shopify for service businesses" to help home service professionals grow their business online through an auto-generated website and marketing automation tools.

ProPhone is co-founded by Nick Ornitz (CEO) and Shannon Kay (CPO). We're a YC-backed and just closed a recent round of funding and are growing rapidly (>300% in 2022 already)! We are looking for Sales Interns that want to contribute to this growth going forward.

⚡ What you'll do

  • Conduct direct sales effort with pros interested in ProPhone services (along with other sales team members)- optimizing email campaigns, cold calls, and direct messaging
  • Gather intel from ProPhone customers and relay information to the product team to help shape the future for product development
  • Work closely with both our Chief Executive Officer and Growth Manager contributing strategically to sales initiatives

  • College student looking to explore entrepreneurship and what it's like to work at a startup
  • Comfort speaking with customers and representing the ProPhone team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to address dynamic, complex problems early
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bonus credit: experience in sales, marketing or customer support
