About the role

Skills: Data Analytics

Full stack data-driven digital and growth marketer across a multi-channel marketing mix with a focus on scaling revenue growth, new customer acquisition, retention, and conversion rate while achieving company KPIs (revenue, CAC, LTV/CAC, ROAS, % new customers, repeat rate). Manage, optimize, and scale customer acquisition channels from beginning to end.

Responsibilities

Work alongside Hype and Vice’s creative team to brainstorm and execute on new out-of-the-box experiments to deliver, target, and run marketing campaigns that drive direct revenue impact. Implement strategies with focus on SEO, SEM, and digital advertisements. Implement social media campaigns to optimize for revenue growth Optimize website content and user experience (UX) Manage email marketing campaigns and lead generation Manage advertising budget in different channels such as paid search, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, retargeting, referrals to drive new user acquisitions. Implement A/B testing scenarios. Define & Refine Audience - setting audience criteria to attract more of the already established clientele. Uncover growth opportunities, as well as conduct research into new initiatives. Guide the acquisition strategy Contribute insights on business and macro media trends that will affect monthly/quarterly performance

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Preferred: Knowledge of Python (or equivalent), SQL, and Javascript. 2-4 years of experience managing paid media, especially on Facebook, Google, and Pinterest Data-driven and highly analytical Strong time management and prioritization skills Adaptable to new social platforms and advertising technologies A hacker’s type mentality full of curiosity and creativity. Obsessed to solve puzzles and never give up.
