Have you built a success org at a SaaS company with world class retention? Have you helped drive churn down in a meaningful way? Want to work at one of the fastest growing startups in the world?
Empower your direct reports to manage relationships with clients during all phases of the customers lifecycle, from implementation kick-off to value creation to renewal and expansion. Develop and implement key processes and playbooks to manage customers needs and requests Identify and enable upsell opportunities across the customer base. Oversee regular business reviews with customers to track success and identify improvement opportunities Take a militant ownership of the company's revenue retention goals and consistently hit those targets Grow our success team and scale it to be best-in-class
5+ years in a customer facing role including customer success, account management, or implementations 3+ years management experience Highly organized to track customers, their goals, and key stakeholders at those customers Exceptional communicator both internally and externally and can translate customer requests to product decisions
Experience scaling a saas startup and owning quota + retention targets Experience with content marketing and/or SEO Prior experience building and scaling a Customer Success org
