About this role
The Technical Recruiter is a new role at AON3D and will have lots of interesting and challenging milestones over the next 12-18 months. We expect this person to build a solid recruitment strategy, help fill approximately 20-25 roles, involve and educate key team members in recruitment efforts and optimize tools and resources. We currently use Lever (ATS) but understand that there are other resources that can and should be explored further.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a recruiting role
- Experience recruiting technical roles, such as engineers and software/hardware developers
- Experience sourcing candidates through various channels including social media and utilizing Boolean searches
- Fluent in English and French, written and spoken
- Strong influencing, selling and negotiating skills
- Established network, including candidates and search firms/recruitment agencies
- Experience hiring across Canada and USA
- Experience with candidate relocation
- Experience with Lever (ATS)
