Memora has established a significant presence within health systems and is beginning to rapidly scale operations in this market as well as expanding focus to the broader healthcare ecosystem. To do so, we are growing our team and are excited to bring on a growth hire to focus on health plan sales. This role is an opportunity to start on the ground floor of one of the fastest-growing healthcare companies and to help shape its health plan sales strategy and success. In the process, you will have the opportunity to impact how the nation’s largest health systems and plans deliver care.

In this role, you will have a critical responsibility of growing Memora’s presence across health plans. This role will be responsible for setting the foundation for health plan sales, developing best practices around payor use cases and creating a repeatable playbook to drive growth. You should not only be driven by the problem we are solving but also by the innovative approach and technology that we are applying to healthcare. We’re looking for someone with exceptional curiosity and enthusiasm for solving hard problems. 

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Filter through leads to identify strong target customers and optimize for revenue

  • Leveraging existing metrics and growth in health systems to build a pipeline of health plans

  • Research and understand specific clinical use cases to construct customer-specific decks

  • Strong analytical ability to adapt to customer requests and sell 6 months ahead of the product

  • Conduct aggressive lead gen in established markets and customer segments

  • Contribute to product roadmap with customer requests, market trends, and usage insights

  • Attend conferences and network with industry leaders to establish Memora’s brand

  • Reach out to prospective clients in a sales pipeline and forecast timeline and scope of potential deals

  • Report to CEO on health plan sales forecast

Qualifications (Required):

  • Minimum 5 years experience in health plan sales

  • Extensive experience as a hunter and conducting lead gen

  • Strong, existing relationships with health plan executives

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office to create marketing materials and sales presentations

  • Leadership skills that scale alongside the company

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Exceptional communicator - you probably love networking events and talking with potential customers

Qualifications (Bonus):

  • Prior experience working at a healthcare technology company

  • Prior experience in healthcare consulting
