We use AI and world class writers to help companies quickly scale content creation; clients simply submit a request for any form of content, ContentFly finds the best writer, and the written content is emailed days later.

About the role

ContentFly is building the Mailchimp for Content Marketing. We're a team of top performers from world class companies, backed by Khosla Ventures, YCombinator & other top tier investors. We're one of the fastest growing Serise A companies in the world, scaling from $300k to $3.5m in ARR in less than a year.

We continue to grow at 25% MoM.

Have you handled SaaS-based accounts? Have you managed a quota? Can you convince an eskimo to upgrade her igloo? We need to talk.

Qualifications

5+ years of B2B customer relationship/ account management experience at SaaS companies
Curiosity and drive to understand a our content marketing software and how it creates value for its customers
Successful at building and championing relationships with customers
Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Entrepreneurial self-starter: propose ideas rather than needing direction, with a figure-it-out attitude
Experimental approach, pragmatic vs. dogmatic

Bonus points if you have experience:

With content marketing
Working remotely
With international markets (UK, Germany, Canada, Australia)

What you'll be responsible for:

Maintain relationships, renewals and retention within ContentFly’s customer base
Liaison between ContentFly’s customers and our engineering team to drive product decisions to help your cusotmers
Plan and optimize strategy for flagging risks regarding renewals and manage renewals of all service contracts
Champion customers’ growth goals and strategies in order to identify opportunities to add more value through proactive guidance and support
Identify areas to improve efficiency and automation of processes
Provide onboarding support to new customers/ trial customers
Gain expertise through meaningful customer collaborations, market research and attending industry events
