What you'll do:
- Support the CEO's daily communication with team members, investors, customers, and business partners
- Calendar management, email correspondence, presentation and talking-point preparation, and event planning
- Coordinate meetings, create agendas, take detailed notes, follow-up on action items, and ensure outcomes are met
- Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all deadlines are met
- Lead various ad-hoc projects related to operations, product, marketing, and sales (this may require data entry and analysis)
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and organizational effectiveness
- Regularly anticipate the needs of UpKeep's CEO through intuition and occasional mind-reading

This is a remote position until our office safely reopens per CDC and city guidelines. Upon the reopening of our office, this salaried position will require working on-site at our Los Angeles-based HQ.
