About this role:
We’re looking for an experienced Customer Account Manager that can be single point of contact for our customers. In a typical day, our next teammate may find themselves supporting customers through basic machine operation challenges, mechanical technical issues, answering questions about print processes, and selling and managing orders for aftermarket products and services.
What we’re looking for in our next teammate:
- Formal education in an Electromechanical technology or engineering capacity.
- At least a few years of hands-on experience in a technical environment.
- Comfort and experience interfacing directly with customers.
- Outstanding communication skills in both English and French.
