We’re looking for an experienced Demand Generation marketer to help manage our emerging demand gen program, with the goal of driving qualified opportunities for our sales team as well as self-service account sign ups and upgrades. This role will manage outbound marketing efforts and will help us develop and launch an inbound marketing program to diversify our lead generation efforts and bring more users to us through SEO, content marketing, prospect nurturing and more.
What you'll do:
-Help up level our outbound lead generation program, developing both strategy and improvising our process/execution
-Focus on our marketing outbound campaign program, including campaign ideation, staging, final execution, scoring, feedback, reporting, and more. Ensure a consistent cadence of effective campaigns throughout the year
-Manage consistent two-way communication between the marketing team, SDRs, and sales leadership to gather and act on input and feedback on our campaigns
-Be responsible for outbound pipeline contribution, including consistent forecasting and reporting on individual campaign results in Bizible
-Partner with RevOps and Lifecycle Marketing to ensure a smooth lead process and troubleshoot any technical issue
-Help develop our internal demand generation program by working closely with the rest of the marketing team to develop lead capture and subsequent nurture programs to drive inbound MQLs
-Work with Ops and the content marketing team develop a gated content strategy
-Drive the lead scoring program and process, in partnership with Ops
-Work with RevOps to improve data sources, reporting and streamline processes
-Work with BI to identify areas of opportunity to improve data usage in our campaigns
Skills and experience:
-3-6 years working in marketing, with at least a few years in a b2b demand generation focused role
-A data-driven and revenue-focused mindset and are excited about consistently testing, measuring, and iterating
-Excellent communication and ability to work cross-functionally
-Keen attention to detail
-Strong project management skills and the ability to manage end-to-end campaigns
-Ability to think creatively, including writing compelling campaign copy
-Familiarity with tech stack is a plus, but not required
Preferred experience with: -Marketo -Salesforce -Outreach -Data enrichment tools (Clearbit, AppFigures, Seamless, Apptopia) -SQL -Excel -Bizible
