Finch integrates across providers enabling developers to access a previously closed system and reach the source of truth for employee data and money flow. Our API powers use cases across lending, insurance, benefits, FP&A, and HR applications.

What You Will Do
- Manage and own the recruiting pipeline across technical and non-technical hires end-to-end.
- Work with hiring manager to understand requirements and draft job descriptions and hiring processes.
- Source, nurture, and network a strong talent pool and pipeline.
- Manage employee benefits, onboarding, and internal people operations.
- Set a high bar for execution, both in terms of quality and speed.
- Join the founding team and be a part of all major future decisions
Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience managing full-cycle recruiting
- Strong demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an organized manner
- Ability to clearly document processes so they can be optimized over time
- Comfortable coordinating with multiple parties and building relationships both internally and externally
- Strong written communication skills
