We’re seeking a Paid Media Manager to help develop and scale our paid media program to drive self-service sign ups and qualified sales leads. You’ll head up all our paid channels (focused on paid search, but also including paid social, display and new channel tests) and manage the relationship with our agency, who you’ll work closely on execution.
What You'll Do:
-Help define and scale OneSignal’s overarching performance marketing strategy globally to drive more efficient acquisition of service-service and sales funnel customers
-Manage the day-to-day execution of marketing activities across paid search, paid social, and display (working closely with our agency on execution)
-Partner with the design and marketing teams to drive continuous improvements in messaging and creative to increase engagement and conversions
-Work closely with finance, revenue operations and business intelligence to develop a stronger set of performance marketing KPIs and benchmarks including in-depth analysis of LTV, CPA and ROI of all activities
-Develop consistent reporting to demonstrate the value of paid media and the impact on key business metrics. Help make a case for scaling the program
-Assist in the identification and evaluation of new tools, data streams, technologies, and tactics to enhance customer acquisition through paid channelsLead the organizational conversation around performance marketing strategy and help educate and advocate internally
-Develop and implement an ongoing testing culture
-Manage the paid media budget
-Manage and evaluate paid media agency to ensure accountability, effectiveness and progress
Skills and experience:
-5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 3 years of hands-on media buying/ad management
-A solid understanding of paid media channels, specifically search, social and display
-Self-starter with a roll up your sleeves and figure it out mentality
-Data-driven marketer with an analytical mindset
-Experience working with or managing a performance marketing agency is a plus
