In fact, we view text message courses as a brand-new content medium, with a variety of impactful use cases ranging from preventing misinformation to COVID-19 training in refugee camps to DEI training for startups.

As a Creative Marketer for Arist, you'll help us drive the learning and talent development community to use Arist while helping with the messaging, design, and course writing that helps bring our new content medium to the world.

At such an early stage, you'll have a good insight into how a fast-growing startup works. You'll get to communicate with everyone from clients about their course copy to engineers about the features we're releasing.

Specifically, this awesome role includes (and may not just be limited to):

  • Working with writers and publishers to ensure strong messaging and visibility
  • Creating blogs for learning thought leadership publications (e.g. Training Industry and CLO Media) and SEO content
  • Creating written and visual content for emails, virtual events, videos and paid ads
  • Managing the bi-monthly release of Arist Bites, our workforce learning newsletter
  • Participating in online communities & forums with our target audience
  • Helping with other marketing initiatives including the launch of an Arist Podcast
  • Working closely with our Head of Growth to take on other day to day marketing tasks

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of digital / product / community marketing experience in a SaaS business
  • Proven ability to interact with and grow an online community and social presence
  • Excellent written and oral communicator
  • Organized and responsive, able to manage freelancers and partners

Bonus points if you have...

  • Experience with an LMS or other learning tools
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools and social media platforms
  • Previous experience developing and/or staring in an active YouTube channel

Salary range: $55,000-75,000/year
