👩‍💻👨‍💻 Role

Customer delight is fundamentally intertwined with why users love our product. As a Customer Experience & Operations Lead, you will be our customer champion –– responsible for ensuring wonderful interactions exist at every touchpoint.

Through this role, you’ll conduct onboarding calls with customers, lead the change of address process, and field questions about virtual addresses and mailboxes. You’ll continuously have opportunities to identify and implement solutions to improve the customer experience. Additionally, you’ll aid in setting the groundwork for address and mail operations across new cities.

Your day-to-day work will impact how customers engage with Stable. Through your actions, you’ll directly drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth. As one of the first employees, you will be part of a small, core team that is exposed to all aspects of the business.

This position is great for someone who is flexible and invigorated about wearing many hats in a fast-paced environment. We expect you to grow with our company –– being adaptive and excited to learn alongside the founders of an early-stage startup is a must. ‍

  • Delight our customers by going above and beyond
  • Perform onboardings with our customers
  • Provide quality support via chat, phone, video, and email
  • Digitally handle and streamline virtual mail operations
  • Identify areas to improve the customer experience
  • Provide design and product input for the user experience
  • Support growth, marketing, and sales initiatives (writing blog posts, email outreach, and more)

Technology

Stable is simplifying outdated and convoluted regulatory frameworks with software. As an engineer on our team, you’ll help create elegant abstractions over archaic foundations so that consumers of this infrastructure can unlock solutions never before possible.

Your day-to-day work will directly influence how customers and partners interact with our products. Here are a few examples of the types of projects you’ll work on:

  • Stable Dashboard –– A user facing web application for customers to view and take action on their mail, find meaningful business information, and more.
  • Mail Partner Dashboard –– A mail partner facing web application at the nexus of our physical and digital mail operations. This dashboard currently saves our team and mail partners countless hours per day.
  • Stable API –– A public API that allows consumers to utilize the software abstractions we’ve put over our physical operations.

This role is ideal for engineers invigorated by solving difficult problems and by building software with a large impact. You’ll be the first full-time engineer at an early-stage startup, and should be excited to apply your analytical, hacker-first, mindset towards problems of all types.

Technologies we use: React, Typescript, Node, GraphQL, MySQL, and AWS (if you think a new technology can solve an engineering problem better, we’re all ears)
