Marketing/Product/Chief Meme Officer-Intern for top AI Startup [REMOTE/PAID]

Currently marketing teams and creative agencies use Rosebud to make infinite variations of people in their ads so they can target by detailed demographics. We can take an image of a 65-year-old woman driving a convertible down the Amalfi Coast and programmatically modify it into a 25-year-old Chinese woman or a man going through his midlife crisis.
You will be applying to be a jack/jill of all trades intern at Rosebud AI, and will work directly with the CEO. Rosebud creates images and videos programmatically with AI, with generated backgrounds and people that look highly photorealistic. Their products have been featured in the New York Times, Washington Post, Vogue, Vice, Wired, the Joe Rogan Podcast and Goularte. Vinod Khosla of Khosla ventures led their seed, with participation from Y Combinator, Balaji Srinivasan (former CTO Coinbase), Ilya Sutskever (Chief Scientist Open AI), and Kevin Lin (founder and former COO of Twitch).
We are looking to hire an intern for social media marketing for Rosebud's new generative media products. For instance, this started as an art project but was also very useful for marketing: Humans of AI. Many of our generative video products have not been released yet and can be used to make interactive games, music videos, virtual personas, movies and immersive experiences. The role requires someone who can think on their feet and be creative about how to generate virality. To have some structure
Video editing experience, various artistic and technical skills will help in the role, so be sure to mention if you have these. Work can include
- Creative outreach to generate viral content!
- Create marketing video materials
- Make memes, and other types of content for Tiktok, Youtube and Twitch with our tools. Get creative!
- Video editing and photoshop (please link to work)
- Gather Industry Data and Research
- Client Outreach
- editing webpages in Webflow.
- Prepare graphics, and Canva presentations
To make the internship more structured, the intern will have access to a high calibre viral marketing course by another YC founder ($1000 tuition paid by Rosebud) at https://jumpcut.com/viral-academy . Smart, bold and proactive about executing is a must. For instance, we will experiment with reaching many different user personas, from large brands to creators of indie games, musicians, gamers and much more. You may be asked to scour popular discord channels to engage users on one day, and email brand executives the next. You will definitely learn a lot.
