Data Operations Manager

We’re hiring for a Data Operations Manager to own and scale up our data operations. You’ll be managing the data processes that are used to detect job changes and guarantee the quality of the data that are sent to our clients. This includes managing and growing our team of researchers, as well as owning the end-to-end job change detection reporting. You'll also be creating metric dashboards to monitor the performance of our data operations. As one of Warmly's first employees, you will have the unique opportunity to grow with the company and directly influence other business functions through key insights you gain from analyzing the data we collect.
Manage and grow our team of researchers Manage and automate internal processes to deliver data to clients faster and more accurately Build internal dashboards and KPIs to help the company make the right growth decisions Partner with other teams to help them execute on important strategic initiatives or drive operational scale and efficiency. Craft ongoing training and onboarding of new data researchers and QA managers Monitor and ensure the quality of data reports Help identify trends and areas of improvements in the data annotation life cycle Participate in the incubation phase of new internal tools being developed and assist with ad-hoc projects as needed
Skills and Qualifications
Currently in college, or have a college degree Fluent in speaking and writing English A ton of grit. You will be wearing many hats, and not all of them will be fun General knowledge of U.S. tech companies and job roles (Sales, Marketing, etc.) Very detail-oriented and meticulous (needs 100% accuracy for clients) Experience with Google sheets/Excel Excellent people-coordination skills Excellent documentation skills Experience in SQL is a plus Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
