We are looking for a Sales Representative/Account Manager to join our growing kick-ass team of experts, responsible for leading and driving sales engagements and highly motivated to solve critical challenges facing our client. You’ll be responsible for meeting and exceeding the company’s targets. WHO YOU ARE

As Legalist's Sales Representative, our dream candidate is a self-motivated team player with the gift of gab who is able to effectively communicate and hype our brand to potential clients, shareholders, and third party organizations. This rockstar values relationships greatly, probably has their mobile phone as an arm extension, and has the magical powers of turning irate bulldogs into playful puppies to create meaningful professional relationships as Legalist grows bigger.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES Recognize revenue boosting opportunities in multiple channels such as direct prospecting, lead follow up, networking and partner/channel relationships. Collaborate with the sales team to design, develop, and execute a mutual action plan forming a winning closing strategy Form value propositions to clients and stakeholders that appeal to their needs and requirements, eventually growing the professional relationship and further anticipating their business needs Harmonize efforts with other functional teams in the organization to take the company to a significant rise. You'll be more effective at your job over time, as you learn the answers to questions without having to ask the rest of the team Build and maintain relationships with partners and third parties to increase Legalist’s opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a quantitative degree 2+ years of sales experience with great client acquisition metrics 1+ years of sales leadership experience Legalist emphasizes a team-oriented approach, which requires sales representatives to demonstrate these attributes on both individual and group level Strong Analytical skills

You should have a talent for making people feel instantly comfortable and understood- you’ll be talking a lot of professionals so being an effective and engaging communicator must be one of your superpowers Adapts quickly and positively to changing situations as circumstances develop within the organization. Legalist is a startup growing astronomically, so this role is best suited for someone blessed with the magical powers of agility, a professional who can roll up their sleeves to do their work with a smile on their face, while still keeping on to their key responsibilities and watching out for what’s required of them next. Able to communicate information to a variety of audiences and transfer knowledge and expertise to team members, ensuring the message is delivered effectively .

Preferred

Ability alongside the enthusiasm to work cross-functionally with a wide range of employees with different skill sets aiming towards a solution. Proficiency with Sales CRM tools
