VP of Sales and Marketing
ElectroNeek is an end-to-end intelligent automation platform that lets business users with no prior IT skills analyze employee productivity, discover automation opportunities and build software robots to automate repetitive tasks.
We are ElectroNeek, ‘Zapier’ for Windows-based applications and browser tasks like copy-pasting between systems and apps. If you have to automate the process in legacy systems, no-API web services or perform PDF/Image text recognition/mapping, you can use ElectroNeek to create your own digital assistants (bots) that will execute these tasks very quickly. We make IT professionals more powerful with complex kick-ass automation functions and empower Citizen Automators to create simple bots with low-code tools. We emerged from the RPA (Robotic Process Automation) industry and are focused on mid-market clients.
ElectroNeek co-founders Sergey Yudovskiy and Dmitry Karpov are industry-recognized innovation leaders and RPA evangelists who helped Fortune 500 companies build RPA capabilities since 2016 and pioneered democratization of RPA outside of the largest enterprises. In 2020, ElectroNeek was named one of top 20 global RPA vendors by Everest Group and was featured in Gartner’s research.
We found our product-market fit with the Transactional SaaS model and target deal sizes of $5k+/year, having most clients in the US and Europe with $1M ARR. We are looking for a VP of Sales and Marketing to join our executive team to drive this revenue growth to $10M ARR, being responsible for building scalable channels with reasonable unit economics. Currently most of our demand generation is driven by cold outreach (LinkedIn).
The founding team is driving the sales now but is looking to delegate the leadership in Sales and Marketing functions in early 2021 to focus on strategic growth.
Develop and own ElectroNeek’s go to market strategy and priorities aligned with the Product.
Build and manage generation of demand, creation of content, digital marketing, lead nurturing and sales operations.
Grow and manage a robust marketing and sales pipeline and consistently meet and exceed goals
Supporting SalesReps on the business calls/product demos for key/strategic prospects
Build and manage high-performing teams (5+ professionals) for execution of initiatives in marketing and sales.
Drive the entire customer engagement cycle, from lead to revenue.
Establish performance management approach for Marketing and Sales functions.
For Enterprise segment, oversight of proposals creation, negotiates, agreements, and deal support
Define and marketing- and sales-specific metrics that have a direct impact on company revenue goals
Build and develop strategic business relationships with key GtM partners
Partner closely with the executive team to develop and execute an innovative marketing strategy that drives rapid growth
Lead the overall planning, development, and alignment of ElectroNeek’s external presence and brand awareness for customers and partners.
Success track in leadership roles in Sales, Marketing or Revenue roles in B2B IT product companies.
10+ years of Sales/Marketing experience in the IT industry.
Understanding of Transactional SaaS strategies.
Experience in the channel diverse lead generation: LinkedIn, cold calling and email outreaching.
Experience in management of paid traffic channels: Search, GDN, Facebook, LinkedIn
Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication
Proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate sales and marketing teams.
Be an exceptional and inspirational leader, leading by example
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work with diverse personalities
Build effective relationships and interact appropriately and effectively at all level
Roll up your sleeves, do what it takes attitude, which is critical in a start-up environment
Leadership experience in a start-up is a plus
