The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead a newly built client service team within Jopwell. In this role, an individual will liaise with private equity and venture capital firms in their recruiting efforts to move the needle on diversity. The ideal candidate has experience in program management and can support and manage Jopwell’s campus and professional recruiting efforts. Further, the ideal candidate enjoys engaging with candidates and corporate stakeholders while working to develop programs that bolster recruitment outcomes and candidate success.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, all roles are remote until further notice.

Responsibilities:

Partner strategically with clients to understand their overall and diversity recruiting strategies to and develop a plan of service accordingly Identify, cultivate and manage engagement of members as they participate in Jopwell’s programming for opportunities within the financial services industry Create, build, and market programming for campus members interested in opportunities within the financial services industry Assess, qualify, and prepare campus and professional members for opportunities within the financial services industry Support development of program structure to increase connectivity between members and clients by analyzing activity data, monitoring program success, and reporting on goals/satisfaction Identify, post, and market client roles, programs, and events on Jopwell.com Highlight, advocate, and support Jopwell members as they begin and advance through the recruiting process Partner with Jopwell Account Managers to gauge overall client satisfaction and collaborate on preparation for client renewal discussions Liaise with Jopwell’s external partners to ensure a positive member experience, strong feedback loop, and analysis of successful outcomes Experience & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree 5+ years professional experience 3+ years experience in program management or recruiting Event planning and/or program development experience Enthusiastic attitude Strong data analysis experience Strong communication skills, both written and oral Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively problem-solve Strong attention to detail Passion for Jopwell’s mission Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and Google Suite Learn more about Jopwell:
