Dover is looking for the third member of our Engagement Management team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our clients have a stellar experience using Dover. Your day to day work will involve interfacing with founders, CEOs, and CTOs of some of the fastest-growing companies in the world. You'll be running onboardings, helping clients refine their searches, and working inside of the Dover product to deliver results. You'll have to combine sales, account management, product management, and analytical skills to work cross-functionality with our entire team and champion the clients' needs within the company. You'll work both strategically and tactically to implement improvements to all parts of Dover's operations.

Onboard new clients and educate them about recruiting and the Dover process Create and closely monitor metrics to ensure we meet and exceed client expectations Interface with clients and the customer-facing team to guide product decisions and priorities based on client feedback Work cross-functionally to drive strategic projects in operations, sales, marketing, hiring and customer experience Build playbooks and best practices to help us scale
Have a bachelor's degree Have 2+ years of work experience in the tech industry Have 1+ years of customer-facing experience Have excellent communication skills Have a high sense of ownership and the ability to work autonomously Can move quickly and adapt to ever-changing requirements in a high-pressure environment Are analytical and want to dive deep into the data and process Are thorough and drive projects to completion
