Led by funding from Crosslink Capital and Y Combinator, Roofr started as a managed marketplace for roofing providing roofing estimates in seconds through satellite imagery. Our hands-on, focused approach ensures that our customers save money and stay well informed throughout the process.
We're now building a verticalized roofing platform with a host of products to streamline the entire roof replacement process for consumers and roofers. Roofers can measure and quote roofs remotely through our satellite imagery software, offer consumers financing, and generate their own leads by white labelling our estimation software.

Providing a world class product at an affordable price and an exceptional customer experience is what sets Roofr apart from all other roofing platforms. As a Head of Sales, you will play a critical role in leading our sales organization and driving revenue growth.
What You'll Do:
Recruit and build a world class sales and customer success team that drives revenue growth. Train and coach the sales teams on consultative and solution selling. Champion a fun sales environment with a strong balance between competition and collaboration. Define and optimize sales strategies and processes that drive revenue growth, increase velocity and visibility into the pipeline. Work cross functionally with product, marketing, and engineering teams to define opportunities that drive our core KPIs. Participate and close deals with your team. Champion the Roofr culture.
What You'll Bring:
5+ years of experience in managing both inside/outside sales teams in a high velocity SaaS environment. Strong hiring ability with experience building out a sales team. Experience taking a company from early traction to $20M+ ARR. Thrive in target and deadline driven sales environments. Obsessed with customer experience. Empathic leader with a desire to listen. Charismatic leader with strong EQ. Strong coaching adaptability. Bonus: You have construction sales experience!
