Convictional, the first B2B Trade Enablement Network, is looking for world-class talent to join our remote, North American team.
Convictional is a Y-Combinator-backed start-up building an industry-leading solution for online B2B experiences. We exist to make trade easier for buyers and their suppliers by automating the traditionally labour-intensive B2B process.
Our team is highly entrepreneurial, with a bias for action. We never back down from a spirited debate and believe we are all responsible for fully exploring the hard questions. We value self-awareness and meaningful impact highly. We are open to an unconventional approach, and have learned not to judge a book by it’s cover.
We believe flexibility is important, as time is your most valuable resource. Our team is remote-only. You set all your hours - if you’d rather work at 10pm instead of 10am, we’re cool with that. We use email, not messaging apps, and we default to no meetings. We document everything. We expect you to go to coaching or therapy at least occasionally and adhere to 20% compound time.
About the role
Our Sales Operations Coordinator will:
- Maintain and optimize our outbound sales systems
- Create and maintain our Deal Desk
- Support Account Executives with deal-oriented administration
- Turn our CRM into an internal search engine
- Provide AEs research on key accounts and personas
- Automate as much manual work as possible

- Understands the value of Getting it Done & Doing it Right
- 1-2 years in Business or Sales Development or an undergraduate degree in Business or a related field
- Direct experience with a wide range of sales tools including Hubspot
