About the role

Torch is looking for a Director of Product Marketing.

Create the first software platform that merges cutting edge technology, human coaching, social learning, and mentorship aimed at creating the highest caliber leaders at all levels of the company, ultimately driving innovation, scale, and the bottom line.

How do we do this?

Insert the Product Design Lifecycle… Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, Test, Build, Measure (repeat). We must understand our users and customers in a deep and unbiased way. What challenges do they face, what are their needs, what drives them, what excites them, what makes them do what they do, why, why, why, why, why...only then can we effectively come up with truly impactful solutions.

We facilitate a holistic product design lifecycle ensuring complete transparency, clarity, and alignment with our internal teams, partners, and customers resulting in decreased risk and increased efficiency, productivity, quality, value, and trust.

We succeed by being extremely focused on delivering compelling, scalable, intentional end-to-end solutions for the problems of our customers and their employees. Our platform will enable Employee, Team, and Organization - Engagement » Insight » Action » Growth.


-Create our product messaging, stories, and narratives in partnership with Product, Sales, and Marketing -Take complex ideas and distill them into simple, concise, easy to understand assets -Strengthen our Go To Market tools by creating and informing assets like customer-facing decks, 1-pagers, demos, case studies, and customer success stories -Define and drive our sales enablement efforts by training and facilitating our sales team on how to thoughtfully deliver the product messaging, stories, and narratives -Drive our product messaging for the corporate website -Become a market and product aficionado in order to help inform product roadmap, support sales and marketing efforts, and be first line of defense when it comes to product questions


-Ability to design or direct the creation of compelling and informative visuals to be presented in Google Slides and other digital assets -A mindset of “Always be learning” -Ability to define and run A/B testing and other research methods -Solid understanding of user-centered design methods and best practices -Ability to plan, define, execute and communicate at both a strategic and a tactical levelExcellent project management, communication, writing, and presentation skills -Experience working in cross-functional teams (e.g. Product, Sales, Marketing, Go To Market, Customer Success, Design, Engineering, Research, etc.)

Additional Experience a Plus: -Solution/Value Selling -Sales Engineering -Technical Acumen
