We’re designing products to not only help our customers streamline their processes, but to change how food industry participants interact with each other as a whole.
That’s where you come in: we’re looking for a strong product manager who can create solutions that solve high impact problems. This role would touch most projects at Plate IQ – from purchase ordering and automated invoice processing to payments and financial services.
You will: • Own a product area and both set long-term vision and define day-to-day tactics of delivering customer needs with excellence • Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, sales and marketing, customer support and other teams on understanding our customers and bringing leading solutions to market • Communicate with external and internal stakeholders through user interviews and product demos, business and launch plans, and data analysis and technical software specifications, among others • Work with the full PlateIQ team in developing and exceeding your professional goals
You may be fit for this role if you: • Have 2-5 years of product management experience building software products • Enjoy tackling complex problems with a structured approach to tradeoffs and decision-making • Are effective at communicating your ideas and leading others to action • Possess strong analytical skills with ability to leverage technology and programming tools to build and track detailed business and financial models • Have an academic background in computer science or related engineering discipline, or equivalent work experience
