Apollo is a quickly growing, remote-first startup and industry leader competing in the highly competitive Sales and Martech SasS landscape and located in Downtown San Francisco and Silicon Beach Santa Monica, CA.
What we’re looking for: A creative mind and strong writer who’s smart, empathetic, and ambitious looking to learn the ins and outs of digital marketing including: social media, content and influencer marketing, research, email, analytics/metrics, video, public relations, and more. Everything related to building buzz, virality, spreading the word through social media and content marketing, guerrilla growth tactics and creativity.
What you’ll do: Work closely with company leadership, founders, and director of growth to support our digital marketing and growth efforts. A day in the office may include: maintaining and actively posting on our social media accounts, participating in creative brainstorm meetings, developing outreach messaging, keyword research, learning how to run ads, Google analytics reporting, competitive analysis, website and social media optimization, online outreach, editorial calendar management, outreach to bloggers and podcasters, and content research for our company blog and becoming an expert and thought leader in the SaaS SalesTech landscape. You will get a first-hand insight in what it's like to work and learn directly from repeat founders and entrepreneurs in a VC-backed (Social Capital, Nexus Venture, SV Angel, etc) Y-Combinator startup.
Working on or completed undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred
Familiar with social media management, and tools like Buffer, Canva and social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest
Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Keynote
